Nature’s Jewelry

Across the landscape, eager for Mother Earth’s warm breath, we wait for Spring – rebirth, sunshine, growth, FLOWERS!

Nostalgic, feminine, herbaceous, nature’s jewelry.

Born in the 70’s, we fondly remember floral patterns; Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock, Laura Ashley, Lilly Pulitzer, Shabby Chic.

Big, bright, bold. Soft, pastel, feminine.

Floral patterns are anywhere, everywhere.

Coco Chanel introduced the single camelia, simple and pure, to the brand bearing her name.  Adidas sports three leaves in its logo.  Hawaiian Airlines incorporates a hibiscus.  British Petroleum’s green, yellow, and white flower is recognizable.  Guns and Roses and the iconic, Rose Bowl, boldly display red roses.

What is your floral style?  Romantic.  Modern. Whimsical.  Geometric.  Organic.  Monochromatic.  Multi-colored.  Feminine or not.

Petals have power both vertically and horizontally - walls, drapes, art, furniture, linens, floors - begging the question, how do I incorporate florals into my home?

  • A floral-patterned pillow.

  • Dainty, soft floral bedding.

  • Dominate a space with a large botanical canvas.

  • Flood a room with matching wallpaper and fabric.

  • Go bold in a powder bath with vibrant floral wallpaper.

  • Oversized botanical murals; you’ll feel like Alice in Wonderland.

  • Simply, elegant - a vase of fresh flowers.

Nature’s beauty, brought inside, can calm or energize a room’s décor.  United by a color, floral prints compliment other geometric patterns, bringing balance to hard lines. Go for it!

Find your favorite flower and bring it inside.

You will see, blooms have no limits.
